His talk is part of Diversity Week, November 11 &#8211; 16. The event is open to the public at no cost. Native American Heritage Month is November, the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) will hold a silent auction of Native American cornhusk dolls. The silent auction will run from November 1 &#8211; 23 and the dolls will be on display in Kemp Library and Stroud Hall until November 30. In addition, the dolls will be displayed during the Bobby Gonz\u00e1lez event. The dolls also can be viewed at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esu.edu\/oma\">www.esu.edu\/oma<\/a> on the resource page. Seven ESU faculty members and authors will be recognized at the institution\u2019s eighth annual University Authors\u2019 Reception. The yearly event is designed to honor university authors whose books were published during the preceding year. This year\u2019s honorees published books in 2011. A wreath &#8211; laying ceremony at the Julia statue in the College Circle is planned at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception and information fair in the Keystone Room at 3:00 p.m. The public is invited at no cost. Visitors to ESU\u2019s campus may find parking at the university\u2019s Center for Innovation, located at the intersection of Brown Street and Route 447 in East Stroudsburg. Shuttle buses will pick up visitors at the center, take them to the Keystone Room for the celebration, and return them to the center at the event\u2019s conclusion. The event will conclude with a traditional carol-sing led by the ESU Concert Choir and the lighting of the Christmas tree and Menorah.
