Bruce Hagedorn, president, Winds West, Inc.; and Charles Kirkwood, CEO, Shawnee Holdings, Inc., will provide insights on creating, evaluating and transforming business ideas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legally Structuring Your Business<\/strong>, 6-7:30 p.m., October 30, 2012.\u00a0 Jeffrey Durney, Esq., Royle &amp; Durney, LLC, will discuss what you need to know to protect your assets and minimize your liability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Accounting,<\/strong>\u00a06-7:30 p.m., November 13, 2012. Brian Stone, C.P.A., Stone Trembly &amp; Associates, will talk about the fundamentals of business accounting and tax implications based on your business structure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financing a New Business and Entrepreneurial Support Panel Discussion<\/strong>, 6-8:00 p.m., November 20, 2012. William Lewis, vice president, Commercial Lending, ESSA Bank &amp; Trust, will discuss financing programs and how to present your loan request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Entrepreneurs-on-Entrepreneurship seminars are free to the general public.
