East Stroudsburg University\u2019s Department of Music will present a \u201cWinds and Friends\u201d recital Saturday, November 23, at 7 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The recital will take place in Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall of the Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Marguerite streets. Performers include applied instrumental music students, the Color Guard of the Warrior Marching Band and the University Chamber Ensemble, which will be directed by Otis French, Ph.D., associate professor of music.<\/p>\n
