Katrina Stenger, a junior majoring in integrated art + design from Stroudsburg, Pa., and Maria Cohen, instructor of physics and chair of East Stroudsburg University’s Green Campus Initiative, pose with six posters designed by Katrina to promote ESU’s environmentally sustainable activities and projects on campus.
The posters will be featured on the Big Belly waste and recycling system stations across campus.
The Green Campus Initiative, part of ESU’s Sustainability Committee, highlights present and future projects in five targeted areas: recycling, botanical landscaping, wildlife and habitat protection, energy efficiency and green stormwater infrastructure.
