Fifth Annual Peter Roche de Coppens Spirituality Lecture Scheduled at ESU

ESU’s department of sociology, social work & criminal justice is hosting its fifth annual Peter Roche de Coppens Sociology and Spirituality Lecture on Thursday, April 5 at 5:30 p.m. in Stroud Hall, Room 117. This year’s presentation by Jawid Mojaddedi, Ph.D., is titled “The Relevance of Rumi’s Spirituality and Mysticism Today.”

Students and Faculty Participate in Pennsylvania College English Association Conference

ESU was well represented at the Pennsylvania College English Association (PCEA) 2018 Conference held at Hotel Bethlehem March 23-24. Three ESU students and six faculty members participated in the two-day conference by presenting papers or serving on a panel related to the conference theme, “Rise Up: Social Protest in Literature, Creative Writing, and Pedagogy.”
